Nick Rosario chats with lifelong Chicagoan, Eric Fosse about his successful concept at a grand opening of another HOMEMADE PIZZA CO. location!
When it comes to pizza I consider myself a big fan. So, I was honored to be able to cover the opening of the Homemade Pizza Company’s latest store at 1651 N. Wells in the Old Town neighborhood. This place is unique in that they don’t bake the pizza, they just prepare it for you.
You may wonder who wants to do all of the work themselves? I had a similar question, so the owner & lifelong Chicagoan, Eric Fosse was happy to explain. Instead of picking up a frozen pizza from the grocery store, here’s a way to get that fresh tasting pizza at home without shopping and preparing all of the ingredients yourself.
Just decide on a few choices and within a few minutes, you’ll have a pizza ready for the oven. You can even phone ahead.
Once it’s ready, you just take it home, place it in your oven and 12 minutes later a fresh tasting pizza is ready to be served. Your family or guests will think that you did all of the work yourself.
More and more stores are popping up throughout the Midwest and before you know it, another concept that was started in Chicago will be a nationwide favorite!
